I hope this message finds you well. My name is Karine Coen-Sanchez, an independent strategic consultant with over 15 years of experience in equity, labour relations, inclusive education, and policy innovation, I help organizations around the world drive sustainable and systemic transformation.

My work bridges research and practice across diverse sectors and geographies. From serving as Chief Negotiator and Grievance Officer in higher education to collaborating with school boards, research institutions, and public agencies, I have led initiatives focused on equity-based policy design, inclusive leadership, and labour advocacy. Most recently, I partnered with The Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) to co-author a strategic plan aimed at transforming research ecosystems nationally. In recognition of this work, I was honoured to be named among the 2024 Top 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women.
